One Mr. J. William, a workman of Bethesda Hospital, Ambur retired from service in 2013. His gratuity was remitted by LIC to the Canara Bank, Ambur. But Mr. J. William was not permitted to take the amount meant for him, since both the groups gave objections to the Bank. After the Administrator was appointed, he resolved the issue and Mr. J. William was permitted to take the his gratuity amount from the bank. He unnecessarily suffered for more than 5 years.
