The Pension payment to the retired Pastors are not made since Rev. Jacob Sudhakar (Retd.), who is a co-signatary, has not signed the cheques. The Whatsapp message sent by him stating his inability to sign the cheque without payment of TA and my reply to the whatsapp message through mail are furnished hereunder :

Sir Your Whatsapp Message. As I have no money  provided for my travel, boarding and lodging expenses I am not able to go to Chennai or any other places on official duty. So if you send me the required cheque leaves by Post as and when you need I will send them back to the IELC Administrator after affixing my signature. Reply to your whatsapp message through mail : Sir, I have hardly seen you in the past 11 months in the office of the Administrator. The cheque book can not be sent by post. As you have not signed the cheques, we are not able to pay the pension to the retired Pastors.  If you are not able to come often to the office of the Administrator, it is better that you may give up your authority to sign the cheques and the same may be given to the office bearers who are frequently visiting the office.
